“I am from Winnipeg and I was home this evening reading the newspaper when I came across the article about your documentary. I immediately went to the website to find out more. I just wanted to tell you that I am moved to tears with your idea and the stories of the young girls. I have a 20 year old daughter who I have raised with a great deal of help from my family and I know that she has grown up with a social conscience and I give her complete credit for being such a sensitive individual. I am more than pleased to see and hear the ideas of young women and that their contributions and compassion will help to change our world. I want to say thank you again because I am a girl.”
Thankyou so much to the Team for doing the across Canada tour, and for making me aware of, Because I am a girl,it is so rewarding to see how alittle time each day,can impact so many people,and everyone just wants to help, Ive been telling them about the Plan Canada site and how they can purchase a goat or school supplies,water, and hens,for families,and its only a little bit of money, now thats a cool present, my class at school really enjoyed the daily updates on the caravan.
