Jim;

Little steps are worth taking, for they DO lead somewhere. It may take 200 years to reap change, but the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step in the right direction. The proof is out there. And, in the end, if this or any similar campaign helps one - only one - girl out there, it will have been worth it.

Sincerely,

Betina

Hi ladies, great to see the work you are trying to do... it is the reason our military is in Afghanistan today, to help girls get an education, protect them from Sharia law, etc. Unfortunately, in Muslim countries is doesn't matter whether we give them money, the work still has to get done and it is invariably the girls that have to do it. That's just a fact of life. In Muslim nations, the girl/woman is treated with less respect than the family's herd of camels. I applaud you for your idea, but the men will never stoop to do the "woman's work" so I believe you will run into a wall with this campaign. Sorry to rain on your parade.
